Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the course provider at contactfameseminars@gmail.com. The following policy applies to all continuing education programs unless otherwise stated in the course materials.

Participant Cancellation

• Cancellations received 30 days prior to the scheduled course date are eligible for a refund, less a non-refundable administrative fee of $300.
• Cancellations received fewer than 15 days prior to the course date are not eligible for a refund. However, the participant has the ability to reschedule their current course registration to the next course program available.
• Failure to attend a course, in whole or in part, does not constitute cancellation and is not eligible for a refund.

Course Cancellation or Modification

• In the event the course is cancelled by the provider, registrants will receive a full refund of registration fees.
• The provider reserves the right to modify course content, instructors, schedule, or delivery format as necessary. Such changes do not automatically qualify for a refund unless the course is cancelled.

Special Circumstances

• Refund requests due to documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the provider.

Third-Party Expenses

• The course provider is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by participants.
